The Joannet Gîte is located just below our house, with its own private entrance and covered terrace. The setting is very peaceful, as we are the only residents in the hamlet. Ideally situated just 5 minutes from Lamastre, where you will find all shops, the gîte is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or cycling, right in the heart of the famous Ardéchoise cycling event and close to the Ardèche tourist train. You have easy access to the Ardèche mountains: Saint-Agrève, Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, and Devesset (with a lake, windsurfing, and restaurants). The 40 m² gîte is on an elevated ground floor (a few steps to climb), suitable for 2 guests. There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen area (filter and pod coffee makers), a lounge with TV, and direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The spacious bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a baby bed, and the bathroom includes a large shower, washbasin unit, and toilet. Bed linen is provided. Wi-Fi connection.
